Role Description The Road Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Noida.

The Road

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising road construction works, including surveying project sites, preparing technical drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors and site teams. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with design standards and safety regulations, reviewing material quality, and resolving technical issues on-site. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, reporting on project milestones,



and optimizing construction methods to improve durability and cost-effectiveness of road infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of road construction and practical experience overseeing roadworks and related field activities.
- Foundational expertise in civil engineering, including site investigation, materials, and construction methods.
- Skills in pavement engineering with understanding of pavement design, maintenance, and performance assessment.
- Experience working on infrastructure projects, including highways, local roads, and related civil works.
- Understanding of structural engineering principles relevant to road structures such as culverts, bridges, and retaining walls.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant codes and standards.
- Proficiency in basic engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on safety and quality.
- Prior experience in road or highway projects in India is an advantage.
