Role Description The RMO (Resident Medical Officer) role at arjobsconsultant is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The RMO will be responsible for providing day-to-day medical care to patients, conducting initial assessments, monitoring patient progress, and coordinating with senior physicians and nursing staff.

The role includes maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, and supporting emergency care as needed.



The RMO will also communicate with patients and families about treatment plans and contribute to a safe, hygienic, and compliant clinical environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess a recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and valid registration with the relevant medical council.
- Candidates should possess skills in patient examination, diagnosis, and basic clinical procedures, including emergency response and monitoring of vital signs.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintaining medical documentation, updating patient records, and following hospital policies and protocols.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in shifts, handle high-pressure situations calmly, and uphold ethical and skilled standards in patient care.
- Previous experience as an RMO or in a hospital/clinic setting is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with local healthcare regulations is an advantage.
