About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager- Business Loans to drive business loan sales, develop customer relationships, generate leads, and achieve assigned business targets. The role involves managing the complete sales process, from lead generation to loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and acquire SME/Business Loan customers through DSA, open market and self-sourcing.
- Build relationships with SME owners, entrepreneurs, traders, manufacturers and distributors.
- Understand business requirements, turnover, profitability and repayment capacity.
- Manage cases from lead generation documentation sanction disbursement.




- Conduct customer meetings and regular field visits.
- Develop relationships with DSAs, connectors and local business networks.
- Coordinate with Credit & Operations teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sourcing, disbursement and revenue targets while maintaining portfolio quality.

Mandatory Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of relevant SME / Business Loan Sales experience.
- Must have proven experience handling business loans of 30 Lakhs and above.
- Preferred exposure to 30 Lakhs1 Crore loan cases.
- Experience in Unsecured Business Loans preferred.
- Solid DSA / Open Market sourcing experience.
- Must be a local resident of Lucknow with good knowledge of the local SME market.
- Strong field-sales, networking, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
