Role Description The RM Wealth (Stocks, Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Loans) role at Avito Homes is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing client relationships, understanding their financial goals, and recommending suitable wealth products including equity investments, mutual funds, insurance solutions, and loan products.

The individual will conduct regular portfolio reviews, monitor market trends, and prepare reports and proposals to help clients optimize their investment and protection strategies. Day-to-day activities include meeting clients, coordinating with product partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements,



and maintaining accurate documentation and follow-ups. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to understand and align with client financial objectives.
- Knowledge of wealth products such as stocks, mutual funds, insurance, and loans, including basic understanding of risk, returns, and regulatory norms.
- Analytical and numerical skills to assess portfolios, interpret market data, and prepare clear, concise financial reports.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional local languages are an advantage.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications in securities, mutual funds, or insurance are preferred.
- Prior experience in wealth management, retail banking, financial advisory, or related domains is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing workplace in New Delhi, with a proactive, ethical, and service-oriented approach.**
