Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Revit Senior Trainer (Telugu). The trainer will deliver online training sessions in Revit to engineering students and early-career professionals, primarily in the Telugu language. Day-to-day tasks include preparing structured lesson plans, creating and updating Revit learning materials, conducting live virtual classes, and demonstrating hands-on workflows and best practices.

The trainer will assess learner progress through assignments, provide constructive feedback, and support learners with doubt-clearing sessions. The role also involves collaborating with SkillDzire’s team to refine course content,



maintain high training standards, and ensure an engaging, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including practical experience in real-world engineering or architectural projects.
- Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting technical training, preferably in CAD/BIM or related domains.
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently to diverse learners.
- Ability to design structured curricula, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to engineering graduates.
- Comfort with online teaching tools, virtual classrooms, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Relevant academic background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields; professional certifications in Revit or BIM are an added advantage.
- Strong time-management skills and reliability in delivering scheduled part time sessions in a remote setting.
- Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices.
