Role & responsibilities

- Handle land and revenue-related matters for real estate projects in Uttar Pradesh.
- Coordinate with Tehsil, Lekhpal, Kanoongo, Naib Tehsildar, Tehsildar, SDM, DM and other revenue authorities.
- Manage and follow up on mutation, land records, Khasra, Khatauni, Gata numbers and revenue records.
- Conduct verification of land records and identify discrepancies, ownership issues, and revenue-related concerns.
- Handle matters related to land acquisition, consolidation, demarcation, partition and land-use-related revenue procedures.
- Coordinate for obtaining and updating relevant revenue records, certificates, reports and approvals.
- Monitor land-related cases and proceedings before revenue courts/authorities and coordinate with legal teams where required.
- Maintain proper records of land documents, revenue proceedings, applications and government correspondence.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with government departments to ensure timely resolution of pending matters.
- Support the legal and land acquisition teams in resolving title, possession, boundary and revenue-related issues.
- Assist in due diligence and verification of land parcels proposed for acquisition or development.
- Prepare reports and updates on the status of ongoing revenue matters and land-related cases.




- Ensure compliance with applicable Uttar Pradesh revenue laws, rules and government procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate degree in Law, Revenue Administration, Land Management, or a related field.
- 510 years of relevant experience in revenue/land matters, preferably within the UP real estate sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Uttar Pradesh land and revenue procedures.
- Good understanding of Khasra, Khatauni, Gata, mutation, land records and revenue proceedings.
- Strong relationships and coordination skills with local revenue authorities and government departments.
- Good knowledge of Hindi and English; strong local communication skills are preferred.
- Ability to independently handle government office visits, documentation and follow-ups.
- Strong negotiation, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience dealing with UP revenue authorities and land-related matters, particularly for real estate developers, land acquisition companies, infrastructure companies, or large land-holding organizations.

Candidates with solid local knowledge and established experience in handling revenue matters across Uttar Pradesh will be preferred.
