Key Responsibilities

- Conduct induction, onboarding and regular training for retail staff.

- Train employees on customer service, sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Ensure staff understand company SOPs, billing procedures and outlet standards.

- Conduct regular outlet visits and provide on-the-job coaching.

- Identify training and performance gaps and provide corrective guidance.

- Monitor staff performance and coordinate with Operations and HR teams.

- Conduct practical assessments and follow up on training effectiveness.

- Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports.

- Support employee development and improve overall retail performance.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail training, sales or store operations.

- Solid communication and presentation skills.

- Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service.

- Ability to train, motivate and coach employees.

- Willingness to travel across Kerala for outlet visits.

- Graduation preferred.
