About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Retention Marketing Executive to manage customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and multi-channel campaigns, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

● Manage Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and In-App Messaging campaigns.

● Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.

● Build and manage CRM campaigns and automated customer journeys.

● Monitor key metrics, including CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention Rate, Churn, and CLV.

● Analyze customer data to identify engagement and revenue growth opportunities.

● Collaborate with Product, Content, Design, and Customer Support teams.

● Prepare campaign performance reports and share actionable insights.





● Develop and optimize campaigns to improve customer retention and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 2–3 years of experience in Retention, CRM, Lifecycle, or Digital Marketing.

● Hands-on experience with Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and WhatsApp campaigns.

● Strong understanding of customer segmentation and marketing automation.

● Familiarity with CRM platforms such as MoEngage, WebEngage, HubSpot, Klaviyo,

Mailchimp, or similar tools.

● Knowledge of campaign analytics, customer engagement, and performance metrics.

● Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

● Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced, on-site work setting.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in Wellness, Astrology, D2C, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet brands will be an added advantage.
