We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee day-to-day store operations, manage and develop the sales team, and drive sales and customer service performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store sales, conversion, ATV, and overall store KPIs.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the store team to achieve targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience while handling complaints and follow-ups effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control and shrinkage management.
- Maintain smooth store operations and ensure compliance with company standards and guidelines.
- Track team and store performance, prepare regular reports, and deliver monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in retail or store management.
- Solid leadership, sales, and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-driven with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation is mandatory.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
