Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Retail Supervisor to support store operations, supervise sales staff, monitor sales performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and support the store sales team in daily operations.
- Monitor daily sales and support the team in achieving sales targets.
- Allocate duties and manage staff shift schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Guide and motivate sales staff to improve their performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
- Support the Store Manager in resolving customer complaints.
- Monitor product availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure proper product display and store merchandising.
- Monitor billing and cash-handling activities as per company procedures.
- Assist with stock receiving, stock counting, and stock transfers.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety,



and overall presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Prepare daily sales and operational reports as required.
- Support the Store Manager in training new employees.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager, Warehouse, HR, and Head Office when required.
- Perform other retail operational duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail or a similar supervisory role.
- Experience as a Retail Supervisor / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader is preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Solid customer-service and sales skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory systems, and MS Office.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
