Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Misri studio. This includes managing the store floor, supervising staff, and ensuring a welcoming, premium experience for all visitors. The manager will handle customer interactions, address inquiries, manage order processes, and support sales targets while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities include inventory control, visual merchandising, coordination of pop-ups and in-store events, and basic reporting on store performance.



The role also involves implementing retail policies, monitoring loss prevention measures, and collaborating closely with the creative and design teams to align the in-store experience with brand vision.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Clear and skilled Communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and designers.
- Store Management experience in retail or fashion, including day-to-day operations, staff coordination, and inventory handling.
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and ensure compliance with store policies.
- Background in fashion, luxury retail, or lifestyle brands preferred; interest in Indian design and craftsmanship is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic POS systems, inventory tools, and office software; comfort with social media or digital engagement is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Gurugram, including weekends or extended hours during exhibitions and pop-ups.
- Relevant education in retail management, business, fashion, or a related field, or equivalent experience in similar roles.
