What you'll do
- Drive store sales, conversion and business targets
- Lead, motivate and develop the store team
- Ensure excellent customer experience and NPS
- Handle store operations, inventory and cash management
- Ensure SOP, compliance and operational excellence
- Manage staffing, shift planning and store performance
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience
Graduate: 4+ years total experience
Undergraduate: 6+ years total experience
Solid leadership, communication and customer service skills
Excellent team management and execution abilities.
Shift: 10 AM – 10 PM (Any 9-hour shift)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Off: Rotational
Locations: Vishakhapatnam
