Role Description The Retail Store Manager at Manam Chocolate is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including merchandise display, inventory management, cash handling, and adherence to store policies.

The manager will lead and coach the store team, ensure exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming, engaging environment that reflects the brand’s craft chocolate story. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring sales performance, implementing promotional activities, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.



The role also involves resolving customer issues, tracking key performance indicators, and collaborating with central teams to improve store processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver an excellent in-store experience and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, lead store teams, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Store Management skills, including inventory oversight, visual merchandising, staff supervision, and sales performance tracking.
- Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to manage shrinkage, safeguard assets, and maintain compliance with store procedures.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in retail management, business, hospitality, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in retail or food & beverage environments, especially premium or craft brands, is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting are highly valued.
