RETAIL STORE EXECUTIVE – FASHION RETAIL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Location: SCO 22, JUBILEE JUNCTION, Chandigarh Int'l Airport Rd, near Westside Store, Sector 66, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Punjab 160062

Working Hours : 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Working Days : 6 days a week (Saturday & Sunday working)

NoLabels is a growing women's fashion retail brand focused on providing quality clothing and an excellent in-store shopping experience.

We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Executive with hands-on experience in clothing/fashion retail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers, POS billing, inventory management, stock movement, and visual merchandising.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Customer Handling & Sales

- Welcome customers and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, sizes, fits, and styling options.
- Drive sales and work towards achieving store sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and basic complaints professionally.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and provide excellent service.

POS Billing & Store Transactions

- Operate the POS system for daily billing and sales transactions.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods accurately.
- Process returns and exchanges as per company policy.
- Maintain accurate daily billing and sales records.

Inventory & Stock Management

- Manage the complete stock in/out process at the store.
- Receive, check, tag, arrange, and organize incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movement.
- Monitor stock levels and identify fast-moving and slow-moving products.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.




- Coordinate stock transfers between stores/locations when required.
- Ensure proper organization and handling of merchandise in the stock area.

Visual Merchandising

- Maintain an attractive, organized, and customer-friendly store layout.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, folded, tagged, and arranged.
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Assist with new collection launches, product displays, and promotional setups.
- Ensure the store floor and stock area are clean and well maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, clothing, apparel, boutique, or lifestyle retail.
- Previous experience in a women's clothing/fashion retail store will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with POS billing systems is required.
- Experience in inventory and stock management is required.
- Good understanding of stock-in and stock-out processes.
- Experience with visual merchandising and product display will be preferred.
- Strong customer handling and communication skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales and store operations.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Basic knowledge of computers and inventory/POS software.
