Role Description The Retail Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience to customers. This role includes welcoming and assisting customers, understanding their project requirements, and recommending suitable stone products and finishes.

The Retail

Specialist will maintain detailed product displays, ensure stock accuracy, and support merchandising activities to highlight key collections. Daily tasks involve managing sales transactions, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.



The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to follow up on orders, coordinate deliveries, and provide accurate information on product availability and lead times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge related to natural stone or building materials, and the ability to explain features, benefits, and usage clearly.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with diverse clients and handle queries and concerns effectively.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory handling, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in retail, showroom sales, or building materials is beneficial, ideally within interior design, architecture, or construction sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, stand for extended periods, and manage a fast-paced retail environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
