About the Role

TCL is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Promoters to join our team. The role involves promoting TCL consumer electronics products, assisting customers in making purchase decisions, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and demonstrate TCL products to customers in retail stores.
- Explain product features, specifications, benefits, offers, and pricing clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable TCL products.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and availability at the store.
- Coordinate with store staff and TCL team members to support sales activities.
- Track sales performance and share regular updates with the reporting manager.
- Stay updated on current TCL products, offers, and competitor activities.




- Maintain professional grooming and represent the TCL brand effectively.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: 10th / 12th / UG
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong interest in sales.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
