We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive for our Chennai Airport store.
Key Responsibilities: Assist domestic and international customers with jewellery purchases. Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products. Achieve sales targets through upselling and cross-selling. Handle billing, POS transactions, stock checks and basic store operations. Maintain product displays, store hygiene and brand standards. Provide a warm,
skilled and personalised customer experience.
Requirements: 1–2 years of retail sales experience preferred.
Experience in jewellery, fashion or luxury retail is an advantage. Good English communication skills; Hindi or Tamil is a plus. Confident, presentable and customer-focused. Comfortable working rotational shifts, including night shifts. A valid passport is an added advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales may also apply.
