With 40+ years of expertise, 300+ outlets across India, and a robust portfolio of architectural interior products for walls, windows, and flooring, Vista Furnishing continues to grow its market presence.

Role: Retail Sales

Experience: 3+ Years

Education: Graduate

Industry: Furnishing

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Develop and manage dealers, distributors & contractors
- Expand retail presence through galleries, shop-in-shop & project channels
- Build strong relationships with channel partners and customers
- Lead and mentor the sales team




- Identify new market opportunities and monitor competitor activities
- Ensure effective product display, branding & promotions
- Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics & Operations
- Manage sales MIS, forecasting & performance reports

What Were Looking For:

- Strong experience in retail/channel sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong dealer, distributor & contractor network
- Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to travel extensively
