About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and market-focused Retail Sales Executive to expand icconX’s presence across mobile and consumer-electronics retail outlets in Jaipur.

The role involves daily market visits, retailer onboarding, order generation, product visibility and distributor coordination. The ideal candidate should understand the local mobile market and be comfortable working extensively in the field.

Key Responsibilities — What You’ll Do

- Visit mobile, mobile-accessories and consumer-electronics outlets according to the assigned beat plan.
- Identify and onboard new retailers to expand icconX’s retail network.
- Generate orders and achieve assigned primary and secondary sales targets.
- Build solid relationships with retailers, distributors and channel partners.
- Ensure product availability, assortment, merchandising and brand visibility across assigned outlets.
- Introduce retailers to new products, offers and active sales schemes.
- Explain product features and help retailers understand the icconX product portfolio.




- Coordinate with distributors for order fulfilment and timely stock replenishment.
- Monitor retailer-wise sales, stock movement and overall market coverage.
- Track competitor products, pricing, schemes and retail activities.
- Collect market feedback on products, pricing and consumer demand.
- Maintain accurate outlet-visit, order-booking and sales reports using SFA, DMS or Excel.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and channel-related issues wherever applicable.

Requirements — What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of field-sales experience, preferably in mobile accessories, smartphones, telecom or consumer electronics.
- Good understanding of the Jaipur mobile and electronics retail market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to generate orders and work towards sales and market-coverage targets.
- Basic knowledge of chargers, cables, power banks, TWS, neckbands and speakers.
- Comfortable with regular market travel and daily outlet visits.
- Working knowledge of Hindi and the local language.

Preferred Qualifications — Good to Have
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Existing relationships with mobile retailers or distributors in Jaipur.
- Experience in retailer onboarding, beat planning, merchandising, secondary sales and new-product launches.
- Valid driving licence and access to a two-wheeler.
