Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our luxury furniture showroom team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design and interiors, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide a premium customer experience that matches the brand’s standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and engage customers, offering personalized service with warmth and professionalism.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products, finishes, and design options.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product collections, materials, and finishes to confidently explain features and perks.
- Prepare quotations, assist in order processing, and follow up with clients for sales closure.
- Coordinate with showroom manager and design team for customizations and special client requirements.
- Ensure showroom displays are well-maintained, presentable, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.




- Maintain strong after-sales communication and relationship-building with clients.

Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (background in interior design, retail, or hospitality preferred).
- 4 or more years of experience in high-end retail, luxury goods, or furniture sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi fluency required).
- Passion for luxury interiors, design trends, and customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Must Follow Dress Code – polished, professional appearance
