Position: Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Drive daily sales and achieve outlet sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Manage and motivate the sales and outlet team.
- Build strong customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product availability, stock levels, and wastage.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions and customer engagement.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Accounts teams.
- Ensure company standards and SOPs are followed.

Candidate Requirements




- Experience in sales, retail, bakery, food & beverage, or hospitality preferred.
- Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and result-focused approach.
- Ability to analyse sales and identify improvement areas.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
