About the Role

We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused and sales-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and ensuring a premium in-store shopping experience.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, occasions and budgets.
- Recommend suitable outfits, styles, fabrics, colours and collections.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Explain product details, pricing, customisation and delivery timelines.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, trials, alterations and pending purchases.
- Maintain customer information and sales records accurately.
- Coordinate with the production, alterations, dispatch and operations teams when required.
- Ensure the store is well-presented, organised and aligned with the brand's visual standards.




- Assist with inventory checking, product display and stock movement.
- Handle billing, POS transactions and payment collection as required.
- Support festive campaigns, new collection launches and in-store events.
- Ensure excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, ethnic wear, luxury or premium retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding or interest in fashion and styling.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong selling skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Valuable grooming and professional presentation.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages will be an advantage.
