Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Leasing Head to lead the company's retail expansion and leasing activities across Delhi NCR.

The person will be responsible for identifying suitable locations for new branches, building strong market connections, negotiating with landlords/property owners, and closing lease deals within the approved budget and business requirements.

The role will also involve team handling, market development, site evaluation, negotiation, and end-to-end coordination for new branch locations.

Qualifications





- Identify small shops/outlets on high streets and active commercial markets suitable for the company's branch format.
- Ensure locations meet business requirements for visibility, accessibility, customer footfall, and commercial viability.
- Maintain updated knowledge of prevailing rental rates and market benchmarks.
- Compare available properties based on rent, location, size, visibility, competition, accessibility, and business potential.
- Allocate locations and responsibilities to team members and monitor their daily activities.
- Set targets for property sourcing, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
- Review the team's pipeline and ensure regular follow-up on potential properties.
- Guide the team on market identification, landlord handling, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local brokers, property dealers, landlords, market associations, and other relevant contacts.
- 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate, Retail Leasing, Retail Expansion, or a similar field.
- Strong experience in high-street retail leasing, preferably in Delhi NCR.
- Experience in handling small-format retail stores/outlets and multi-location expansion.
- Experience in managing a leasing/expansion team.
