We are looking for a senior Retail Solution Architect / Technology Consultant with strong US Retail domain expertise to lead architecture, modernization, consulting, and technology transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as a Retail Domain SME and trusted technology advisor for US retail clients.
- Define end-to-end solution and enterprise architecture for large-scale retail applications and platforms.
- Lead application modernization, cloud transformation, digital commerce, and technology transformation initiatives.
- Work with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions, architecture workshops, solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
- Provide technical direction to distributed engineering teams across US and India.
- Evaluate and adopt Cloud,



Data, AI/GenAI, APIs, automation, and modern engineering practices for retail solutions.
- Mentor architects and engineering teams and drive architecture and technical quality.

Must-Have Skills
- 15+ years of IT / Software Engineering experience.
- Solid US Retail domain experience with direct client exposure.
- Strong Solution / Enterprise / Application Architecture experience.
- Experience across 35 retail domains such as Order Management, Merchandising, Inventory, POS, E-commerce, Loyalty, Payments, or Omnichannel.
- Strong experience in legacy modernization, cloud transformation, and digital transformation.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent client-facing, consulting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with CIOs, CTOs, business leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Experience in RFP/RFI, proposals, solutioning, and client pitches is preferred.
