We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our KFC restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain high food quality and hygiene standards, and drive team performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate team members
- Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer queries and ensure a great dining experience
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering
- Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of experience in QSR or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
