Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for the overall operational performance of the restaurant, including sales, manpower, guest experience, cost control, inventory, compliance, quality, and coordination between all departments to ensure smooth and profitable operations.”
Daily OperationsEnsure smooth opening, service, and closing of the restaurant; monitor all operational activities.2. Team ManagementManage Restaurant Managers, Captains, Stewards, Kitchen coordination, and other staff.3.

SchedulingPrepare duty rosters, manage shifts, attendance, leaves, and manpower requirements.4.

ExperienceMaintain service standards, handle guest complaints, feedback, VIP guests, and improve customer satisfaction.5. Sales &
• RevenueMonitor daily sales, achieve revenue targets, analyze sales trends, and implement strategies to increase sales.6. Cost ControlControl food cost, beverage cost, manpower cost, wastage, breakage, and operational expenses.7.
Inventory
ManagementCoordinate with Purchase/Stores/Kitchen for stock availability, stock levels, wastage, and proper inventory control.8. Food &
• Service QualityEnsure food quality, presentation, portion control, service standards, and consistency.9. SOP ImplementationDevelop/follow SOPs for service,
opening/closing, hygiene, cash handling, complaints, etc.10. Hygiene &
• ComplianceEnsure FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene, licensing, liquor compliance where applicable, and other restaurant standards are followed.11. CoordinationCoordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Purchase, Accounts, HR, Maintenance, Security, and Vendors.12. Cash &
• BillingMonitor billing, cash handling, POS operations, discounts, voids, complimentary bills, and daily closing reports.13. Training &
• DevelopmentTrain employees on service standards, product knowledge, guest handling, upselling, and SOPs.14.
Vendor
ManagementCoordinate with suppliers/vendors and ensure timely availability of operational requirements.15. ReportingPrepare/review daily sales reports, food & beverage cost reports, manpower reports, wastage reports, and other MIS.16. MaintenanceEnsure restaurant equipment, furniture, electrical systems, AC, plumbing, POS, etc. are maintained properly.17.

ImprovementIdentify operational problems and implement improvements to increase efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
