Job PurposeWe are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service delivery, high customer satisfaction, effective staff management, and overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee overall daily restaurant operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise restaurant staff, duty schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, billing, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor food quality, service standards, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor sales, expenses, stock, wastage, and operational costs.
- Ensure proper inventory control and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate billing, cash-handling, and daily operational reports.
- Support promotions, customer engagement, and business development activities.




- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene requirements, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve service quality and productivity.
- Monitor overall restaurant performance and report major operational issues to management.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a relevant qualification preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Experience in independently managing restaurant operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service, billing, inventory management, and cost control.
- Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
