About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth restaurant operations, delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing the team, controlling costs, and achieving business and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Ensure smooth opening, service, and closing procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Monitor restaurant ambience, cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Drive daily sales and revenue targets.




- Monitor restaurant KPIs such as average order value, table turnover, covers, and sales per day.
- Develop local initiatives and promotions to increase footfall and revenue.
- Analyse sales performance and take corrective action where required.

Qualification:

- Education: Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 4–8 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience managing a high-volume restaurant, Hotel

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Outstation candidates preferred.
