- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
- Handle staff scheduling and daily operations
- Manage inventory, stock, and wastage
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Support sales and achieve operational targets

Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in restaurant/hospitality management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced workplace
