Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Captain to lead our front-of-house team at LUPA. The Captain will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by overseeing daily operations, maintaining service standards, and training staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of fine dining, and strong leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the service team, ensuring smooth operations during shifts..
- Uphold LUPA’s service standards and ensure all guests have a premium dining experience*.*
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages*.*




- Train, mentor, and motivate junior staff to deliver exceptional service*.*
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally*.*
- Assist in managing inventory and monitoring supplies for efficient service*.*
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area*.*
- Work closely with the Managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of European cuisine and wines.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
