Key Responsibilities

- Greeting & Guiding: Welcome customers, present menus, explain dishes, and share daily specials.

- Taking Orders: Record food and drink selections accurately, noting any food allergies or special dietary needs.

- Serving: Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to the correct tables in a timely manner.

- Customer Care: Check on table satisfaction, handle requests or complaints, and clear or reset tables.

- Payments: Process cash, credit card payments, or bills using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Required Skills

- Communication: Clear speaking skills and a friendly, polite attitude.

- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables and work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with menu items, ingredients, and basic beverage pairings.

- Physical Stamina: Comfort standing, walking, and carrying trays for long periods

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
