C-SAL is seeking a full-time Resource Mobilization Manager to lead fundraising and donor engagement from our Kochi office. The role supports our work in public-interest litigation, constitutional research, and legal education.

You will identify and engage CSR teams, foundations, and institutional funders; develop proposals, budgets, and donor presentations; manage grant applications and funder relationships; and coordinate reporting with our program and finance teams.

We’re looking for a candidate with:

- A bachelor’s degree; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in NGO fundraising, grant writing, CSR partnerships, or institutional donor relations.




- Experience contributing to successful grant applications or managing donor relationships.
- Solid writing, research, budgeting, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Working knowledge of CSR funding and applicable 12A, 80G, CSR-1, and FCRA requirements.
- Excellent written and spoken English. Malayalam is an advantage.

A fundraising or grant-writing certification is an asset. We value organized, persistent, self-motivated candidates committed to social impact.
