Key Responsibilities

- Manage and drive bench sales / resource augmentation activities.

- Identify and develop relationships with clients, vendors and partners for resource deployment.

- Drive monthly resource deployments and ensure optimum bench utilization.

- Generate and manage leads, requirements, submissions and closures.

- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate with internal teams for successful onboarding.

- Build and maintain strong client/vendor relationships.

- Track sales pipeline, deployment targets and revenue performance.

What Were Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in IT Resource Augmentation / Bench Sales / IT Staffing.

- Strong understanding of the IT services and staffing ecosystem.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Proven track record of resource deployment and business closure.

- Strong ownership, target orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
