- Plan, organize and monitor day-to-day resin line production as per production plans and required output.

- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly and monthly production targets while maintaining required quality standards.

- Manage the complete resin production process and ensure adherence to approved process parameters, SOPs and work instructions.

- Monitor production output, productivity, yield, rejection, wastage, rework and machine/process downtime.

- Identify production bottlenecks and take timely corrective and preventive actions to improve line efficiency.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, raw materials, consumables and other production resources.

- Prepare and maintain shift-wise production reports, production records and relevant manufacturing MIS.

- Coordinate with Production Planning to align line capacity, production schedules and material requirements.

- Coordinate with Quality to resolve quality issues, reduce rejection and ensure consistent product standards.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive maintenance, breakdown resolution and reduction of equipment downtime.

- Ensure adequate availability of resin, chemicals, consumables and other materials required for continuous production.

- Supervise operators and production workers,



allocate manpower across activities and monitor attendance, discipline and productivity.

- Conduct shift handovers and ensure continuity of production activities between shifts.

- Drive 5S, housekeeping, safety practices and compliance with plant operating standards on the production line.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost reduction, quality improvement and process efficiency.

- Investigate recurring production problems and support root-cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

- Ensure production activities are carried out safely and in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Chemical or a relevant technical field.

- 5+ years of relevant experience in production/manufacturing operations, preferably in a process-oriented plant environment.

- Hands-on experience in production line supervision, shift management and manpower handling.

- Experience in resin-line or similar manufacturing/stone-processing operations will be preferred.

- Robust understanding of production planning, process control, productivity, quality and manufacturing KPIs.
