- Manage end-to-end resource fulfilment aligned with business and delivery needs.

- Oversee resource deployment, billing, and headcount planning.

- Drive Strategic Experience Management initiatives and service improvements.

- Monitor utilization, service levels, turnaround times, and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Planning &
- Optimization

- Forecast demand and plan capacity across skill sets.

- Optimize bench utilization and resource redeployment.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on hiring and workforce planning.

- Performance &

- Stakeholder Management

- Define and track KPIs for utilization, productivity, and performance.

- Conduct regular performance reviews with delivery leads.

- Manage stakeholder discussions, governance, and staffing escalations.

- Data &

- Analytics

- Maintain dashboards and reports for resource availability, utilization, and forecasting.





- Use data-driven insights to support planning and continuous improvement.

- Skills &

- Attributes

- Robust hands-on experience in end-to-end resource management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.

- Knowledge of data visualization tools is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Graduate / MBA (HR).

- 12-14 years of overall experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end resource management, deployment, forecasting, and scheduling.

- Exposure to short- and long-term resource planning is an advantage.

Mode of Work:

Mandatory Work from Office 4 days.
