? Experience: Relevant experience in Residential Facility / Property Management

? What we’re looking for:

- Residential Facility Management experience is mandatory
- Technical/Engineering background is mandatory
- Strong experience in facility operations, engineering & maintenance
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage vendors/service partners
- Hands-on experience in preventive & predictive maintenance
- Exposure to budgets, cost control and procurement
- Solid understanding of safety, statutory compliance and SOPs
- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving and execution skills

? Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end property operations,



maintenance and service delivery while ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained residential environment. The role will also involve managing engineering teams, vendors, contractors, budgets, preventive maintenance, critical incidents and residential support services.
