- This is a client-facing role involving direct interaction with clients.
- Travel to project sites is required for client meetings, site visits, measurements, design discussions, and coordination during the design phase and as required throughout the project.
- The role will require working on weekends and public holidays, except for a few pre-determined holidays.
- The designer will be responsible for both design development and technical drawings, including 2D working and production drawings.
- Strong communication, client-handling, design, technical drawing, and coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, preferences, budget, and lifestyle needs.
- Develop interior concepts, layouts, and design proposals.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design specifications.
- Prepare accurate 2D working drawings and production drawings for execution.
- Develop detailed drawings including layouts, furniture details, elevations, sections, and other technical drawings as required.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, practical, and aligned with site conditions and approved designs.




- Conduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, client meetings, and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the design process and incorporate feedback.
- Work closely with the sales, project management, production, and execution teams.
- Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders wherever required.
- Ensure designs and drawings are delivered within agreed timelines and meet project requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Valuable understanding of interior design, space planning, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in 3D, 2D drafting and preparation of working/production drawings.
- Ability to translate concepts into detailed, execution-ready drawings.
- Ability to understand site conditions and incorporate them into drawings.
- Strong coordination and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Prior experience in interior design, residential interiors, client-facing design, or design consultation is preferred.
