Patient

Care

- Conduct initial and follow-up patient assessments under the supervision of the treating IVF specialist.

- Take detailed medical and treatment histories and document clinical findings.

- Monitor patients undergoing fertility treatment and report any significant clinical changes promptly.

- Explain routine investigations, medications, procedures, and treatment instructions to patients as directed by the treating consultant.

- Provide appropriate pre- and post-procedure care.

- Attend to patients presenting with urgent or minor medical concerns and escalate cases when required.

1. IVF Cycle Coordination

- Assist the IVF consultant in coordinating patients undergoing ovarian stimulation and other fertility treatment protocols.

- Monitor and document vital signs and relevant clinical observations.

- Coordinate blood tests, ultrasound appointments, and other investigations as per the treatment plan.

- Ensure timely communication of investigation reports to the treating consultant.

- Assist in preparation and coordination for procedures such as oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer.

- Provide patients with medication schedules and treatment-related instructions as prescribed.

1. Emergency & Inpatient/Day-Care Care

- Monitor patients before and after procedures.

- Identify and promptly escalate complications or emergencies to the IVF specialist.





- Assist in managing acute situations according to centre protocols.

- Maintain readiness for emergency response and coordinate referrals/transfers when required.

1. Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, case sheets, treatment notes, and procedure documentation.

- Ensure appropriate documentation of medications, investigations, and clinical instructions.

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

- Follow the centre's clinical, infection-control, safety, and regulatory protocols.

1. Patient Communication

- Maintain professional, empathetic, and respectful communication with patients and their families.

- Address routine patient queries and coordinate with consultants for clinical questions beyond the RMO's scope.

- Provide transparent instructions regarding appointments, investigations, medications, and follow-up.

- Support patients through the treatment process with appropriate sensitivity.

1. Coordination & Teamwork

- Coordinate effectively with IVF consultants, embryologists, nurses, ultrasound technicians, laboratory staff, and administrative teams.

- Ensure smooth patient flow throughout the IVF cycle.

- Participate in clinical meetings, training programs, and quality-improvement activities as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
