Preferred Eligibility Criteria

- Degree: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Business Management.
- Operational Expertise: Proven mastery in luxury retreat operations, ultra-HNWI guest experiences, retreat programming, and P&L; management.
- Experience: Minimum 12–15+ years in hospitality, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role at a premium boutique wellness resort or sanctuary.
- Full time, on-site role.

- Strategic Operations & P&L;: Drive top-line revenue, manage operational budgets, and maintain high-yield occupancy for the sanctuary.
- Integrative Guest Experience: Ensure seamless service delivery for high-net-worth guests from arrival to post-retreat wellness follow-ups.
- Departmental Synergy: Align clinical wellness teams (Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga) with front-of-house, housekeeping, F&B;, and estate teams.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and build a world-class team committed to discreet, intuitive, and compassionate service.
- Quality & Estate Standards: Oversee sanctuary maintenance, organic gardens,



eco-sustainability initiatives, and luxury safety protocols.
- Brand Representation: Act as the face of the retreat, welcoming CEOs, ultra-HNWIs, and international dignitaries with warmth and professional elegance.

- Deep mastery over ultra-luxury hospitality standards, retreat logistics, and guest journey personalization.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to connect effortlessly with ultra-HNWIs, NRIs, and global wellness travelers.
- Versatility in leadership—balancing financial rigor and operational precision with a serene, wellness-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong understanding of luxury wellness trends, holistic guest expectations, and the operational harmony required in an integrative health sanctuary.
