AG Hotels is an exciting hospitality management company. The company has a portfolio of 21 hotels and is rapidly increasing its national footprint in the UK. We are seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to be a part of our growing central operations team based in India.

Location: Gurgaon, India

Role: Reservation & Revenue Specialist

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

1-Manage reservations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests

2-Monitor bookings, room availability, and reservation accuracy.

3-Support revenue optimisation and identify opportunities to maximise room revenue.

4-Review group bookings, pick-up, room blocks, and booking trends.

5-Ensure rate codes, room types, payment details, and billing information are accurate.

6-Complete daily arrivals checks and review special requests.

7-Manage guest correspondence and operational emails.

8-Handle guest queries and resolve reservation-related issues professionally.





9-Maintain accurate information within the PMS.

10-Coordinate closely with UK-based hotel teams.

11-Prepare daily reservation and revenue-related reports.

What Were Looking For

Experience in hotel reservations, revenue, front office, or guest services

Strong understanding of hotel reservation processes

Experience working with a hotel PMS

Good understanding of room rates, availability, bookings, and revenue optimisation

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal English communication

Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to multitask and work to deadlines

Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with Rezlynx or similar PMS is desirable

Experience working with UK hotels or international hospitality operations would be an advantage
