Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle guest requests and complaints regarding hotel services.

- Coordinate with housekeeping department to ensure rooms are cleaned on time.

- Assist guests during arrival, departure, and room changes.

- Provide information about hotel facilities, including location, hours of operation, and services offered.

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality industry or related field (preferably).

- Any Degree/ Diploma preferably Hotel Management in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications an asset.

- Solid skills in reservations, sales support/presales, business development, hotel rooms management.
