- MSc / PhD / Post-Doctoral in Polymer Chemistry
- 7–10 years of experience in a CRO or industrial R&D; environment
- Robust expertise in polymer synthesis, polymerization processes, and analytical tools (GPC/SEC, DSC, TGA, FTIR, NMR)
- Ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot experiments independently
- Experience in process optimization and scale-up activities
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of scientists
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
