Who Should Apply?

We are specifically looking for professionals from a Talent Research / Talent Mapping / Talent Intelligence / Market Intelligence / Executive Search Research background.

Candidates with only Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Generalist, or hiring experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in talent research, market mapping, research analysis, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Talent Research and Talent Mapping projects across industries, functions, organizations, and geographies.
- Research and identify target companies, talent pools, competitors, and market segments.
- Develop talent maps based on skills, experience, location, organization, and industry.
- Use public domains, professional networks, databases, search engines, and advanced search techniques for research.
- Create research and mapping strategies based on client requirements.
- Analyze data to identify talent trends, patterns, availability, and market movements.
- Use AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve research efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead and mentor a team of Talent Researchers / Research Associates.
- Assign projects, monitor performance, and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.




- Generate Talent Intelligence, Market Intelligence, and Talent Mapping reports.
- Work with internal stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and provide research insights.
- Remain hands-on with research while leading the team.

What We Are Looking For:

- 7+ years of experience in Talent Research, Talent Mapping, Talent Intelligence, Market Intelligence, or Executive Search Research.
- 2+ years of experience managing a research team.
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary research methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in talent mapping, market research, and research strategy.
- Robust analytical and data-driven approach.
- Experience with AI tools, automation, advanced search techniques, and online research platforms.
- Strong reporting and presentation skills, preferably PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
