Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics &
- Communication Engineering, Electrical &
- Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Master’s Degree

- M.E. / M.Tech in Communication Systems, VLSI, Embedded Systems, Electronics &
- Communication, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related specialization.

Technical Skills &

- Expertise

- Strong hands-on programming skills in MATLAB and Simulink.

- Valuable understanding of communication systems, wireless communication and Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN).

- Experience in designing, implementing and simulating WSN models and communication network systems using MATLAB.

- Knowledge of network performance evaluation, including energy efficiency, throughput, latency, packet delivery ratio, network lifetime and other relevant parameters.

- Solid understanding of WSN architectures, routing protocols and simulation techniques.

- Knowledge of Data Mining, Machine Learning and algorithm development using MATLAB will be an added advantage.

- Good analytical, problem-solving and research-oriented skills.

- Ability to understand research papers, develop computational models and reproduce/extend research methodologies.

Research Project Experience

Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:

- MATLAB-based Wireless Sensor Network (WSN)



simulation and research projects.

- 4G/5G wireless network simulation and performance analysis using MATLAB/Simulink.

- Application of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Optimization Algorithms for communication-network optimization.

- Design and simulation of Microcell, Macrocell and Femtocell networks.

- Energy-aware routing protocols and security enhancement in wireless communication/physical-layer systems.

- Data aggregation techniques in WSN, including:

- Tree-Based Approaches

- Centralized Approaches

- Cluster-Based Approaches

- Grid-Based Data Aggregation

- In-Network Aggregation

- Genetic Algorithm-based Data Aggregation

- Heterogeneous WSN Models

- Experience with network optimization, algorithm development and performance comparison.

- Ability to implement and evaluate research algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink.

- Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating environments.

Additional Advantage

- Experience working on PhD/M.Tech research projects.

- Ability to independently understand a research problem and develop a simulation/modeling-based solution.

- Experience in preparing research results, graphs, performance comparisons and technical documentation.

- Knowledge of recent research trends in AI/ML, IoT, 5G/6G, WSN and wireless communication.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
