About the Role

We are looking for a curious and detail-oriented Research Intern to support our investment and strategy teams. You will research financial markets, companies, and industries, organize and analyze data, and turn findings into clear insights that support decision-making.

This role is well suited to someone interested in finance and investment research who wants to strengthen their analytical and communication skills through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, organize, and analyze information from financial markets, company reports, reputable databases, and industry publications.
- Research companies, sectors, and market trends, including reviewing relevant academic and industry literature.
- Prepare concise research summaries, internal memos,



reports, and presentations.
- Build and maintain spreadsheets and basic financial or analytical models.
- Verify data accuracy, document sources, and maintain clear records of research methods.
- Collaborate with team members, participate in virtual meetings, and incorporate feedback into your work.
- Manage assigned tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
- Familiarity with basic research methods and credible information sources.
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets, presentation software, and remote collaboration tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- A demonstrated interest in finance, economics, business, or investment research.
- A proactive approach to learning and the ability to work independently while remaining receptive to guidance.
- Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate program is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Growth

- A stipend of ₹5,000 per month for the three-month internship.
- Practical exposure to investment research and analysis, supported by mentorship and feedback.
- An opportunity to transition into a full-time role with annual compensation of ₹3–4 lakh (LPA).
