Research Intern – Real Estate

We are looking for a Research Intern to support our real estate advisory and mandate business with market research, project research, database management, and competitor analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research residential and commercial real estate projects across Mumbai.
- Collect and verify project details including developer, location, pricing, carpet area, configurations, possession, RERA details, and project status.
- Build and maintain accurate property, project, and developer databases.
- Conduct market, locality, and competitor research.
- Track current launches, upcoming projects, and market developments.
- Research developers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Use property portals, RERA websites, developer websites, Google, LinkedIn, and other reliable sources.
- Maintain and update data using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Prepare research reports,



project comparisons, and presentations.
- Provide relevant market information to the sales and sourcing teams.
- Ensure accuracy and proper verification of collected information.

Requirements:

- Fresher or 0–1 year experience.
- Graduate/pursuing graduation in BBA, BMS, MBA, Economics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research and data collection skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
- Prior real estate experience is not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
