Role Overview: Research Associate prepare instruction manuals and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily.

Responsibilities
- Effectively research, analyse and write technical contents for Information Security domains in a variety of formats like eLearning courses, instructor presentations, user guides, etc.
- Research, gather, and analyse information on technical topics
- Organize and structure information logically
- Write content on the technical topics
- Create diagrams and illustrations to explain the difficult concepts
- Follow technical, grammatical and style guide compliance
- Understanding of e-learning theories, concepts, curriculum design, and content standards
Qualifications
1. Should be a Graduate/Postgraduate in IT/Comp. Science.
2. Experience of writing on network/system and information security domains will be an added advantage
3.
Must have good flair of computing technologies and aptitude to learn.
4. Must possess valuable communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Should be a team player, looking for a challenging environment to work and ability to work under pressure.
6. Passion for work is reflected in your career growth.
7. Working knowledge of MS Office is a must.
