- Perform comprehensive analyses of pathological tests, strictly adhering to Protocols, SOPs, STPs, and all relevant regulatory guidelines
- Directly accountable for the operation, calibration, and maintenance of key instruments, including Hematology, Biochemistry, Immunoassay, and Urine analyzers
- Possess deep understanding of NABL/ CAP accreditation processes, with a proven record of independently managing these audits
- Handle and resolve daily issues in the pathology laboratory to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct proficiency test programs in the clinical pathology lab to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
- Coordinate effectively with service engineers for instrument calibration and prompt resolution of malfunctions to ensure effective laboratory functioning and reliable results
