Position: Research Analyst (Night Shift - US)

Job Location: Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct employment, education, address, identity, criminal, and reference verification checks.
- Review verification requests and ensure all required documents are available.
- Coordinate with candidates and third-party sources for information collection and validation.
- Follow up with employers, educational institutions, and government agencies to obtain verification responses.
- Maintain accurate records and update verification status in the company database/CRM.
- Ensure adherence to client SLAs and quality standards.
- Prepare verification reports and escalate discrepancies or adverse findings.
- Communicate verification status and updates to internal stakeholders and clients.
