Key Responsibilities:

- Perform chemical reactions from milligram to kilogram scale.

- Suggest and implement innovative ideas for API development.

- Assist in process development of new APIs and intermediates.

- Support troubleshooting activities at plant level.

- Maintain accurate and timely experimental data entry in lab notebooks and ensure proper documentation completion.

- Coordinate and report daily activities to the Team Leader.

- Plan and execute experiments as per project requirements.

- Submit samples to ARD (Analytical Research & Development) and follow up for results.

- Conduct process validation at lab scale.

- Raise indents for raw materials and glassware and ensure proper inventory management.





- Assist in technology transfer from lab to plant scale.

- Ensure safe handling of chemicals, glassware, and instruments.

- Follow and implement lab safety practices.

- Maintain proper archival of analytical data, lab notebooks, and literature.

Key Skills Required:

- Solid knowledge of organic chemistry & API synthesis

- Hands-on experience in process development / scale-up

- Good understanding of lab safety and documentation practices

- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze reaction issues

- Good communication and teamwork skills
